Week11: 2018/05/05~05/11
Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

5/5 Spartan Race Taiwan 終於參賽了!
第一次就直接挑戰super組13km,順利成功!
原來約八成的參賽者都是經驗豐富的前輩,甚至1/3都是外國人!
開了眼界,做出突破,履行承諾!
成為Spartan的一分子,最重要的是心態!
跌倒受挫了,就繼續再挑戰!
人生只有一次,選擇了就勇敢走下去!
Participating in the 2018 Spartan Race Taiwan, achieving the goal!
As a solider to 13km super group, completed the whole Spartan Race.
The swear is the swear.
To be responsible for everything in my life definitely.
Attitude is the most important above all.
Always stand up again and again after the frustrations.
